MISCELLANEOUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and Money Plus and governs your use of the Sites, superseding any prior agreements between you and Money Plus. This Agreement and the relationship between you and Money Plus shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Money Plus irrevocably agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located within the county of Pickaway, in the State of Ohio, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. The failure of Money Plus to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severed from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. No waiver by Money Plus of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. P. Furthermore, Money Plus (Money Plus) will in no way be held responsible for any overdraft fees that may be incurred as a result of the monthly membership fees agreed to in these terms and conditions. R. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. You must review this agreement on a regular basis to keep yourself apprised of any changes.
